Terms of Service

EForw is operated by Apps34, a company registered in France (referred to as “Apps34,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our email forwarding service aims to provide you with convenience and ease.

By using the services offered through eforw.com and app.eforw.com (collectively, the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of terms

Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these Terms as of the effective date listed above. We may make changes to these Terms, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing them. Continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.

Description of service

EForw offers an email forwarding service enabling users to receive mail addressed to their custom domain at an inbox of their choice, and optionally to send messages from their custom domain via SMTP.

User requirements

By using our service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and keep it up to date.

Proper use of service

You agree:

  • To comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Not to use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, or to send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Not to use the service to harass, defame, or harm any person or organisation.
  • Not to forward mail that contains content illegal under French or EU law.

Service fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our paid plans. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a particular service offer. The free plan remains free with no payment obligation.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

Limitation of liability

EForw and Apps34 shall not be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the country of your habitual residence within the European Union.
